Quick lifting gear - expand rapid

The quick lifting gears of our expand product line are a useful supplement to customary lifting gears. Their field of application is situated in medium load range at high lifting speeds.

Quick lifting gears have toothed bevel gears instead of worm gears. We offer gear transmission ratios of 2:1 and 3:1.

The scope of supply includes stationary and rotating spindle designs.

Depending on the customers' requirements the spindles can be delivered with up to four drive shafts. Therefore no additional bevel gears are required for lifting gear systems with several quick lifting gears.

Delivery of quick lifting gears within certain load ranges is maintainance-free.

In addition to the standard aluminium implementations all gears are also available in stainless steel versions.
